Careers

Working in recruitment can be a real challenge sometimes; aside from the rewards, it’s hard work and long hours. To succeed, you need the right support, atmosphere and team, which is why we’ve formed a unique culture to provide the ideal environment to perform.

We’re extremely proud of our culture and our informal office atmosphere. There’s plenty of banter and fun at the Futures offices, but there’s also a drive to get your head down and reach set goals through consistent hard work, commitment and dedication. We like to celebrate when someone hits their target but we also love to compete with one another!

To join the Supply Chain Futures team and become a part of this culture, you will need to have a positive outlook so that you can overcome knockbacks and plenty of energy and determination to accomplish your goals. You’ll need to listen, communicate and influence the team with your ideas.

In return, we will provide you with the chance to develop a broad set of skills and widen your current knowledge and recruitment expertise, whilst fostering long-standing client relationships that you’re sure to value forever. You will also get the opportunity to work with a range of valuable projects, both large and small, by sourcing the best talent the market has to offer. Above everything though, we promise to make your working life as enjoyable as possible.

Social Committee

All of the Futures group operates a Social Committee that receives a budget from the business to make sure it’s not all work and no play.

This committee is made up from various individuals from the different Futures divisions and organises various events, such as meals out, after work drinks, days out, sales prizes (iPad’s etc) and much more. They also organise your ‘Birthday Treats’ – every employee receives gifts, a decorated desk and an early finish on their Birthday.
